Gift Details

• Selection: The complimentary gift is a related piece of jewellery selected randomly by our team based on the item(s) purchased.

• Final Sale: Gifts cannot be chosen, exchanged, or substituted for cash or credit.

Returns & Refunds

• Conditional Return: If a return brings the total order value below $50 NZD, the gift must be returned in its original, unused condition.

• Deduction: If the gift is not returned or has been used, its retail value will be deducted from your final refund.
